When I was younger I would go to the YAC sessions whenever I could, anxiously waiting for when I was old enough to join. Now I finally am! For my first ever YAC art show I wanted to show a variety of the types of art I love to do. One of these types is painting. I’ve been experimenting with it more recently and I have grown to love it. I’ve also been trying out collaging. It’s super cool expressing myself through images put together to create something new. Mixed media is always a fun challenge, I like the way two completely different mediums can come together to form something beautiful.
